I decided to try to paint Dalan, since he thought I didn't love him as much as Brooklyn. (He thought I should do his first, I guess!) I have a long way to go, but at least you can tell who they are supposed to be. I am learning alot about painting with water colors through these exercises. I think it will get easier with each one I do. Watch out Molly...you are next! :)Final painting of Dalan!

I don't even know what I said. Sorry that you couldn't find your charger. I haven't seen it yet, but I'll keep looking. I have your cookies though. I'll bring them when I come for the fire ride. love you.
Karen,
I know you don't know me that well but I hope it is ok with you if I get to know you a little better through your blog. Your paintings/watercolors are amazing. I have always been ok at drawing but can never do people. Yours look amazing! They may not look the same to you but I can pick out which grandkid it is in your family picture. I think your paintings are awesome, I could tell immediately who they were. Brooky and Dallans pics look great, can't wait to see you paint Molly.
Hi!! I cannot believe that Kari is 20! WHAT!!! I am totally impressed with the portrait. I had no idea. It was really great to run into you in Ephriam...and thanks for checking in on me. I will definately do the same with you!! Tell that hubby hi. I loved it when he called me cupcake. It would always make my day.
Karen -- I remember you sketching me when I was about 11 years old. I had white pants and jacket and a red shirt and a shag haircut -- do you remember? I wonder if I can still find it. Anyway -- you were fabulous then, and you are STILL fabulous!
Always,
Katie
